ISZ Clan Fundamentals:

Our community thrives because our members believe in the core values of fun, fairness, respect, honor, and teamwork.  A Solja believes wholeheartedly in his community and the values it stands and abides by.  A Solja is bound by:

1. Fun: above all and most importantly, have fun no matter what!

2. Fairness: every member in the ISZ community stands side by side with an evenhandedness among his fellow Soljaz. We do not believe in rankings among its members. We believe in a core leadership with all members guiding the leadership in the pursuit of clan goals.

3. Respect: Mutual respect is demanded and expected by all Soljaz. This means not only among the ranks of our Team, but all players and clans that we encounter in our gaming experiences.  A Solja believes in the age-old  philosophy: "treat others the way you would want to be treated."

4. Honor: A Solja does not cheat or use unethical tactics to better himself as a gaming player under any circumstances. Immortal Soljaz is an admirable clan in the online gaming community and has a ZER0 tolerance policy for cheating or dishonorable behavior.

5. Teamwork: All Soljaz believe that we are stronger as a whole than we are individually. ISZ can only accomplish its goals on and off the online battlefield united, not divided.
