In this contest, you must decorate the picture. Do whatever you like with it. But...
1. The size cannot be changed.
2. You must only use the picture provided. No more photos/pictures allowed.
3. You may use effects, text, copyright, animation, brushes, ANYTHING. Well. Almost. *lol*
4. Rule breakers are instantly DISQUALIFIED. Geddit? Good.
Just have FUN decorating it!
