First of all, I want to apologize for the long list of rules. We do ask that you read all of them that pretain to you. Some of it is just information for those who don't know the Warriors series as well. For example, if you already know all about the names and ranks of the clans, you may skip that section. Sections such as Mates may only pretain to those RPers that are looking to have kits, or have a medicine cat as a character. The following sections are sections that we require members to read before joining, and in not doing so you risk breaking one of the rules and being punished: General, Characters, Warrior Code, and The Plot. The FAQ wouldn't be a bad section to read either. Thank you for taking the time to read through these. It makes the site a better place.
Part I General
#001. No fighting. This includes bashing members verbally, harrassment, arguing and being plain old mean. If you really must, take it out of this site. Any members that are getting hurt by other members, please infrom a staff right away.
#002. Respect all members. We want everybody to feel welcome. Even if you have a higher rank then somebody else, respect them.
#003. We allow swearing, but only a minimal amount. We don't appreciate those who over sweat. If the un-banned words get abused, they will be banned again. This means no cussing out other players, as you could and will be reported to an admin.
#004. Use correct grammer, punctuation and spelling. It gets annoying when people don't and use chatspeak or don't capatalize their first words in a sentence. Use this even in the OOC boards.
#005. Please make sure to obey the staff members. We have them for a reason, and that is to enforce these rules. If you don't think you are breaking a rule and a staff member calls you out for it, please ask them in a nice, polite manner to consider the situation again. If a staff member is being unfair, you can go to another staff member for help. This should not happen, however.
Part II Characters
#001. Please meet all of the requirements on the form when you are creating your biography or your biography will not be accepted.
#002. You may not start RPing until your biography has been accepted by an admin, the clan leader or the clan deputy. Your biography will then be moved and your cat will be added to the clan allegiances. If your cat is not added, please make sure to let a staff member know so that they can add you right away, because a cat that is not on the clan allegiances, doesn't exist.
#003. Leaders, Deputies and Medicine Cats can only be applied for when the spot is open. Please do not make a biography for them unless one of the clans say they are in need of one. Also, these three high-ranking positions need very solid biographies to get the spot. If you apply and your biography is rejected, please don't feel bad, just try again later when your writing has improved.
#004. You may only have one high-position (leader, deputy, medicine cat, medicine cat apprentice) so please do not apply for another if you already have one.
#005. You may have an unlimited amount of characters unless you cannot keep up with all of them. If we find that one of your characters is inactive, we will ask you to either kill it, give it to another player, or erasing it from the website.
#006. No powerplaying or godmoding. Powerplaying is when you play another persons character. You cannot say that their character has arrived when they have not; you cannot say that you bit their character in the neck. The choice is entirely up to the character you are biting. Godmoding is making it so that your character cannot get hurt. If your cat is up against four other cats in a battle, I highly doubt that your one cat will win. Your cat is not invincible.
#007. The only people that can kill another persons character without their permission are admins.* So please, don't go about pretending you've killed other characters. Remember, it is entirely up to the RPer if their character dies or not.
*Alright, since alot of people are misreading this, let me explain: We don't kill characters. What me mean by this is that clean up characters whose roleplayer is no longer active.
#008. Remember: Even if a RPer's cat doesn't like yours, it doesn't mean the RPer doesn't like you. If the RPer of the cat doesn't like their cat and they like you, they're really getting into character when they RP. Kudos to them.
#009. If you no longer want a cat of yours, but you do not want to kill it, please ask a staff member to make a copy of your bio to put in the "Adoption Board" which is a sub-board of the "Mini-Plot" board. After your cat is adopted, the copied bio will be moved to the adopted cats board. This is so we can keep track of role players if we ever need to re-do the clan allegiances.
Part III Apprentices and Mentors
#001. All apprentices must have made two well-lengthed posts with their mentors before they can become warriors.
#002. If your apprentice has an inactive mentor, or if you would like to switch mentors for a certain reason PM the clan leader. If your apprentice has no mentor, and hasn't had one for awhile, PM the clan leader for this as well.
#003. All newly created apprentices should recieve a mentor after they are accepted and added to the clan allegiances page. Once you see who your mentor is, please notify them and both of you can start your training.
#004. You will not get an apprentice ceremony when you create a biography for an apprentice. If you want an apprentice ceremony, please make a 6 moon old kit and wait for the leader to make the ceremony.
Part IV Mates and Kits
#001. You may not join as a queen. This is so that not everybody is creating queens and having kits.
#002. You may create a orphaned kit, but please do not go overboard and make many orphaned kits.
#003. Having a mate doesn't necesarily mean having kits, although you definitely can have kits.
#004. You must have a father of the kits. You cannot say that your she-cat got pregnant and the father is unknown.
#005. There is no such thing as "love at first sight". That's just childish. You must have atleast three good lenth threads about the couple being in love before you decide to have kits.
#006. Stay away from forbidden loves. If you want a forbidden love, please get permission from both clan leaders, otherwise just don't do them.
#007. No written out mating or birthing unless you put a WARNING: GRAPHIC sign at the begining of your post. But even then... just don't do it... we don't want to read that.
#008. Take the following steps when one or two RPers decides that they want to have kits with their characters:
1. Message the clan leader and inform them that the two cats would like to have kits.
2. The clan leader will then post on the kit board with the mother, father, clan, due date and number of kits (1-7). The number of kits depends ont the activity level of the two parents. You may request a lower number if you wish after the first post has been made, but not a higher number.
3. After the due date has arrived, the clan leader will post personality traits and short-descriptions of the kits. All other information can be decided by the RPer of the kit.
4. Parents get to choose the kits they want first, and after they have chosen the rest are up for adoption by any other member. First post, first pick. Please be fair.
5. All adopters must create full-length biographies for the kits with the exception of a history. After all biographies of the kits have been accepted, the thread for the kits will be locked and the kits will be RPable. (they will be 3 moons of age).
Part V Warrior Code
The warrior code is more guidelines for your characters when RPing. Breaking the warrior code does not result in regular punishment, but instead in punishment from the clan leaders, or StarClan itself.
[1.] The clans saftey is more important than one cats saftey.
[2.] Feed the Clan before yourself
[3.] Respect the Elders
[4.] Apprentices hunt for the elders
[5.] Apprentices become warriors whenever they are ready
[6.] Mentors teach thier apprentices how to hunt, attack, dodge and fight. They also teach them the clan borders and the warrior code
[7.] Apprentices must travel to the moonstones befor they become a warrior.
[8.] New warriors sit vigil all night protecting the camp.
[9.] Kits become apprentices when they are 6 moons old.
[10.] Gatherings will be held in truce every moon.
[11.] Kits and queens may not attend gatherings.
[12.] Leaders must travel to the moonstones to get thier 9 lives and thier ending name, star.
[13.] Leaders sit vigil all night with the cats that have died.
[14.] Elders barey the dead cats.
[15.] Deputies must had at one time and apprentice.
[16.] New deputies must be named before moonhigh.
[17.] When a deputy is named it cannot be a queen.
[18.] Harming a Medicine Cat is unheard of.
[19.] Female deputies, leaders or medicine cats cannot have kits, if they do they lose thier rank and have to deal with any other punishments the clan decides to give them.
[20.] Do not kill unless you must.
[21.] Protect the Clan with your life.
Part VI FAQ
Q: Where is the cat biography form?
A: Just click "new thread" in the sign-up board and the form should load up with it.
Q: The sign-up form isn't loading for me!
A: We've had a few people have this problem. If it doesn't load for you, use this form:

Q: How many characters can I have?
A: An unlimited amount. =]
Q: Can I be a staff member?
A: NO. Especially not if you ask this question to a staff member or admin. You will be a staff member if you earn respect and are active and we think you fit the position.
Q: I see that some people have characters that have different color coats or that have special powers, can I make one?
A: No you may not. These characters are from the old version of True Destiny and were the experiments of some evil scientists. If you are a really good RPer, and you really, really want one, you can PM me, Sunrise, and ask, but I won't guarentee anything.
