I have had some heated arguments with other people on system restore. Some say they turn it off and  never used it....they DON'T know what they are missing.

System restore on windows XP is a great tool. Anytime something goes wrong with your PC, it's great to have a back-up point. Saves alot of re-doing, that's for sure.
