If you have persistant problems and can't seem to get things running right on your PC, by all means make a post in www.computing.net
It is free to join the site and lots of people willing to help you out with your problem. If you need help and you are new to owning a PC, just let them know in your post that you are a newbie so that they explain things in laymans terms instead of high tech jargon (which even I don't understand once in awhile...LOL). The following will help you in filling out a post...Good Luck.
Here is some help in Posting a question on computing.net:
Please Note: Before you ask, try to make sure you have all your critical updates done on your PC
as well as a Firewall and Antivirus that are up-to-date. Doing a google search on
your problem would also be a good idea, as you may find a solution that way too.
1- First find the proper forum to post your request in, then, Fill in ALL the PC details

Where you see the question marks (eg: Exact OS and CPU/Ram) are INFO on how to
obtain that certain information.
2- State part of your problem into the Subject. Please don't say "HELP!!!!" or
"Help Me!!!!" .....many users bypass those posts. Please don't think those subjects
will get you quicker help....it WON'T happen.
3- In the message box, tell ALL the things you've done to fix your problem. Which software,
scans, etc, you have used, etc.
After you post your message and confirm it, then click on the More button above your
finished post and see if anyone has already solved a problem same as yours. This will
save you lots of time and also maybe help you to fix it.
Once you have filled in everything above, be patient and see if anyone can help you.
If someone does help you and their solution works, please post post back to let them
know. That way others may find the same cure for their problem. Nobody gets paid to
help you on computing.net. They just help you as a community.

the registry. If you have to edit the registry...be sure to make a back-up!
using the removal tools and the problem still persists. Be aware that one slip with HJT
and your PC could become inoperable. Although it could be used to identify
