I’m xpeekaboo, or Kamiko, whichever you prefer. I adore writing. I adore music. I adore my friends. And Gary? Yeah, I adore him, too. And…that’s about it, I think. :)

For the lack of a flashy name, let’s call this site Catch A Falling Star. Catch A Falling Star was made and is managed by xpeekaboo, made for her own personal use. She finds that—hell, why am I talking in second person? Okay, let’s try that again. I find that every time I write, it’s like a tiny little star, falling from the sky, blessing my life with…alright, I have to cut this lame crap. I’m only writing this so it doesn’t seem like I chose this layout for no reason. -shifty eyes-
Here, at Catch A Falling Star, you will find stats, summaries, OC/character profiles, or anything else you (or, specifically, I) can think of for my fics, both original and fanfiction. To find your way to the story stats you want to see, go to the right and under the “And, put it in your pocket” header will be the one you’re looking for. Click it.
If you would like to read the actual works, please be redirected by the right column. Fanfics will be under FanFiction, and originals will be under FictionPress. I do hope you enjoy your stay here.

After much sweat and blood, I have finally updated this whole damn thing…
I have no idea what to put in this section, so I’ll just ramble about what writing means to me. ‘Kay? :)
Don’t write if you’re not sure whether you like it or not. Don’t write just because your other friends do it. Don’t do it because you think it’ll make you ‘cool’. Writing is an art. Writing is a passion. Writing is not just something you can drop. Nothing pisses me off more than when someone goes, “I don’t even have anymore inspiration. I don’t care anymore.” Write because you know you love it. Make a commitment. It’s just like dating, except more intense.
If you just began writing and you’re serious, find a good beta. It’s crucial to have your works edited, especially when you’re not experienced. Mechanics and plot are both important parts to writing. Never think you’re already the best you can be. As quoted by Rowena DeVandal, “The moment you that you have nothing to improve, is the moment you fail as a writer.”
I’ll add more when I can think coherently…
