5. How do I become a PrimeBank
customer?
You contact an existing customer or a
dealer from the contact details on the PrimeBank website. Then
you can purchase your e-Card and get a Introducer account
number from an existing customer. You then log into the
website and register your details, then enter serial and the
pin number of your e-card. That’s it. Your PrimeBank account
is ready.
6. What is an e-gold account?
When you
purchase your gold product you Purchase it outright – this is
a key legal requirement of any real network business, which
distinguishes itself as a legitimate business. At the same
time we open an e-gold account for you free of charge. This
account is a tracking center where you track the progress of
your daily commissions.
7. What is the maximum number of accounts that I can
hold?
We recommend that you hold a maximum of 07
accounts which are easily manageable but PrimeBank does not
impose any restriction on having more than 07
accounts 8. How do we pay for our
e-cards?
You can pay cash to purchase e-card from
your dealer/up line. In some countries it is possible to pay
using PayPal. Full Credit card processing will be available on
the website in the near future.
9. How are e-cards issued through the
Internet?
The card serial number and pin number
will be sent to your email address.
10. Once I am a PrimeBank customer what do I have to
do?
You must introduce one person on your left and
one person on your right. These are direct sales. In turn
these people introduce one on their left and one on their
right- these are indirect sales. This then completes one STEP
and you are paid a US$ commission. You can earn referral
commissions from a maximum of 10 steps per day. Your must
important job is to ensure that your downline sales grows in a
balanced manner on the left and right – this will optimise
your commissions.
11. Is the gold bar delivered during 6 months or
after the 6 months?
Your gold bars are delivered
after 06 months. We take 06 months as processing time. After
06 months you need to make a request for delivery of product,
its not automatic. When you take delivery of gold bars your
account will be closed and you will not receive any more
commissions.
OPERATING YOUR e-GOLD ACCOUNT
12. How can I change the name or transfer the PB
account?
PrimeBank accounts are non-transferable,
but in special cases you can personally approach the PrimeBank
office at EDINBURGH / UAE.
13. What is FLUSH OUT?
You are FLUSH OUT
when you achieve the maximum income per day by having 30 sales
on the left side and 30 sales on the right side IN A SINGLE
DAY. This means that you have achieved the balanced growth of
10 steps (30 on the left and 30 on the right) in your down
line. We count this period from 12 midnight to 12 midnight USA
Standred time. Additional sales that happen in the 24 hour
period are not counted for commission and are not carried
forward – hence the expression that your account gets flushed
out and the commission calculation begins again in the next 24
hour period. The advantage of having more than 60 customers in
one day is that they will develop your downline faster and
enable you to “flush out” more frequently. We work 07 days a
week.
14. How do I know when I complete 100 steps in a
month and how do I receive my $1000 credit ?
Your
personal section of the website gives you a report on the
number of steps completed. You get your $1000 credit by
applying through a link provided in the Prime News Bulletin –
remember this is a credit facility only which allows you to
build your downline using PrimeBank credit – you must still
repay the credit as you sell the ecards.
15.How can we receive commission anywhere in
the world?
Commission cheques are only issued in
the UK and UAE - outside UK/UAE these are sent as bank drafts
in local currency.
16. Are we allowed to Cross Line?
We
simply do not encourage cross lining but we cannot stop people
signing up under different names.
17.What happens to the down line when some one’s
account is closed?
Closed accounts still remain in
the network but are disabled from earning any
commission.
18. How do I get my commission if I don’t have a
bank account?
You are not required to have any bank
account, you can simply walk to the correspondent bank show
the cheque /draft and receive the money.
19. I have forgotten my password to my
PB account, How do I gain access?
Enter your PB
number and click “forgot password” - you will then required to
answer the secret question. If it is correct, the password
will be emailed to you automatically.
20. What
are the current Promotions?
- buy 5 ecards from your commissions and get one
free.
- buy 10 ecards online get 1 free – this is for using
your creditcard online via the PayPal system and
only applied to India, Singapore, Australia, Europe and
China.
- buy 1000 ecards as a dealer in a month and get a free
laptop
- complete 100 steps in a month get $1000 credit in
your egold account
- Complete 200 steps in a month and get a trip to
DUBAI.
- Complete 300 steps in a month and get a trip to
Singapore/Malaysia.
- Complete 500 steps in a month get a trip to Europe -
this is without flush out.
21. Is my referral commission
taxable?
Each customer must look after his/her own
income tax affairs and declare income as he/she sees
fit.
22. I know someone in another country – how to make
them in my down line?
The same procedure applies –
just have them buy the e-Card and register using your PB
account number as the introducer.

23. How can you charge less than the market price
for the gold?
We do not pay market price for the
gold we have our own supply source.
24.Is this a legitimate business?
Yes, we
are fully registered in the UK - you can verify it from

25. Does PrimeBank own its own gold
mines?
Yes, PrimeBank Ltd has its own gold mines,
which allows it to obtain gold and refine it.
26. How does the bank make its profit and pay such
big commissions?
We simply give a 10% referral
bonus for the products you sell for us. The Referrals grow as
you sell more products. We make profit from trading of gold
bars.
27.Is the network
Global?
Yes, it is completely international and
growing very fast. Currently we are represented in 27
Countries and customers over 82 countries.
28. Can any one hack the PrimeBank
website?
No, the site is fully protected and backed
up using the latest most powerful techniques. Your own account
can only be accessed by using your password so be sure to
choose a sensible password and keep it secure. When selecting
your password do not use strings of letters or numbers which
are easily guessed such eg: abcde or 12345 or the same name as
your username.
29. Is the PrimeBank Ltd a retail
Bank?
PrimeBank Ltd is an investment institution
not a retail bank. We therefore do not operate branch offices
and allow any deposits you pay the price to buy the gold
bars.
30. Can I just buy a gold bar from PrimeBank
Ltd?
Yes, you can buy a gold bar directly from our
offices in Edinburgh. Many dealers also buy the huge number of
gold bars.
31. How can I start dealership in another
city?
You must buy a minimum of 200 e-cards from
the PrimeBank office, and make a written request for
dealership.
32.Can there be more than one dealer in any
city?
Yes, we encourage multiple dealers in each
city.
33. Do you have the presentation in other
languages?
Yes, we have English, Arabic, Chinese
and Russian. Other languages will be added to the website
required.
34. Are there any presentation materials
available?
Yes, we have a Presentation CD, which
can be purchased, through our UK/ UAE office for Dhm50. This
CD covers the same information as on the website plus has a
presentation on internet business – it takes only about 20
minutes and is excellent to present the overall concept to new
