Babies for Adoption
Girl Kittens are $600.00 undesexed, microchipped, vaccinated, registered, health checked and guaranteed. Available from 9 weeks. (Registration Papers & Microchip Papers are withheld untill proof of desexing is provided without exception).
Boys Kittens are $550.00 undesexed, microchipped, vaccinated, registered, health checked and guaranteed. Available from 9 weeks. (Registration Papers & Microchip Papers are withheld untill proof of desexing is provided without exception)..
All kittens are litter trained by 4 to 6 weeks.
Deposits of $100 are requested when adopting a gorgeous baby ragdoll into your home. Sorry, deposits are non-refundable, so please ensure that you are ready to take on the life-long commitment of a Ragdoll Cat Companion into your home. Deposits can be made by cash or preferrably by direct debit. Please send name, address, phone numbers, emails, personal particulars, when requesting a deposit, so that your details can be added to my book. This ensures your committment to the future adoption of a baby ragdoll kitten.
Once added to my kitten waiting list you will be offered the next available kitten of your choice. I cannot guarantee a kitten by a certain time or litter as this is ultimately up to mother nature.
Our baby boys are $550 ready to go at 9 weeks and baby girls are $600 ready to go at 9 weeks, which includes vacc, microchip, health check/guarantee by our vet. They are all litter trained, wormed, flea treated and raised with lots of hugs n kisses inside our home and in our laps. Their pedigreed registration papers and microchip papers will be sent to you on proof of desexing. A contract will be signed by the new adoptive parents promising the baby will be desexed by 6 (six) months. Please have a look at 'cat etiquette and 'so you want to be a breeder page'. Please desex your pet cats, it is better for their health, and they will make a better pet for you to enjoy.
Show/breed quality cats are of show/breed quality standards according to the Ragdoll Standards in the Australian Cat Federations rulebook. We cannot guarantee the baby will continue to hold these standards as it grows up. Our show/breed quality babies are all from champion bloodlines. All show/breed quality babies are $1100.00. All my show/breed quality babies will place in the top 10 at a Queensland show.
Hugs n Kisses also occasionaly offers the adult breeding queen or king for adoption into a new home, unfortunately I cannot keep them all and have to make room for upcoming breeders, and we like to offer the chance to other responsible breeders the opportunity to breed wonderful kittens and to improve the Ragdoll breed within Australia as we have. These breeders are usually adopted out for $1100.00. There are no contracts involved as I believe when something is sold, it is no longer yours to stipulate what you can and cannot do with it. Also I believe that these "contracts" hamper the improvement of the Ragdoll in Australia.
Because baby kittens have a very low immunity system, I prefer prospective parents NOT to visit their new babies until the babies have reached the age of 6 weeks, which is when they get their first vaccination. After that the new parent/s are welcome to come and hug and cuddle their little ones as often as they like.
All babies are ready to go from 9 weeks as per the QICC code of ethics. The babies need to receive their Fevac 3 in 1 vaccinations at 10 weeks and at 14 weeks. They can be desexed anytime after they reach 1 kilo in weight, depending on your vet. We find they bounce back after the operation much quicker when they are younger. Be a responsible pet owner and desex your pets. Desexed pets make 'better' pets.
Please bring a cat carrier when taking your baby home. It is dangerous for you and your new baby traveling in the car if he is running around loose.
A small fee of $20 will be added for airport deliveries to cover toll and parking. (Dogtainers charge $77)
We at Hugs n Kisses Ragdolls try to match the best temperament little guy or girl for your family environment.

Cat carrier (he will use this as his safe place and too sleep)
toys (can be allergic to catnip so watch for sneezing)
2 x litter trays (the bigger the better... boys grow to 9 kilos, girls to 5 kilos)
water bowl
food bowl
prefered brand of cat biscuits - Royal Cain Maine Coon for when he gets bigger, mix with kitten when he is younger
(other brands are - Science Diet/ Iams chicken and rice/ Eukanubra) (generic brands of biccies and tinned food do not have the required nutrients for the total health of your baby) Your baby will love roast chicken and fresh human quality beef steak... lol.. do not feed fish
prefered brand of cat litter - any clumping sandy litter for when he is younger..(tidy cat is good) as he gets older you can change to pearl beads or breeders choice.
brush and comb
advocate (for flea and worm treatment) and worm tablets
cat tree (for baby to play on and scratch his nails)
