Taz is a fabulous dog to train, he is learning really quickly with his obedience training. His agility training is also going really well. He is very keen and has a high drive when it comes to both obedience and agility.
Taz came 2nd at Crufts 2006 in YKC Graduate obedience, aged just 22 months old. He is one of the youngest dogs to achieve this, and one of the only shelties to get a place in a YKC obedience class.
Taz is now 4 years old and has had a very good carrier in obedience and agility. winning lots of rossettes and trophies for me in the last 3 years. In his 1st year of competing in obediece he went from begginners to A and inhis 1st 3 months of agility he went from novice to senior now called grade 6. in 2007 taz gained 2 wins in grade 6 he needs 2 more grade 6 wins to compete in championship and we are working hard to gain those wins for 2008.
Our main aims for 2008 are: to win 2 grade 6 agility or jumping classes so we can compete in championship to get to the olympia medium agility stake finals and to get to crufts in the medium cruft singels and the medium crufts team finals. To win out of A in obedience so we can work our way in to B and C.
