Exercise 3

This exercise increases blood flow to the penis, and is the most advanced and effective method.


Lubrication is essential, do NOT use soap because it can cause serious skin irritations.

Rub the lubrication on both of your hands and your penis. Your penis must be semi hard doing this, don't get completely erect.

Make the "ok" sign with one of your hands and starting from the base of your penis slide it down towards the head(glands), stopping just before it. Do this simultaneously with both hands.

Do 10 to 12 reps of 10 to 15 sets a day. Relax the penis between each set.

Increase the sets and reps at your will.

You are well on your way to increasing your penis size, and becoming more pleasing to the ladies.
