Rules and regulations
- Prices here are fixed and non-negotiable unless stated so
- There will be a service charge of $1.50 for shoes, contact lens and tops purchased, and $0.60 for other items.
- NO dead buyers or MIAs
- NO refunds once items are paid
- No replacements or Backing out allowed once the order is confirmed so it is best for shoppers to be clear of all questions before purchasing items.
- Please be reminded that hand-designed shoes and hair scrunchies ordered will take at least 3 working days to be ready. If it is going to take longer than that, we will inform shoppers in advance.
- NO payment, NO receiving of items.
- Payments are to be made as soon as possible once orders are confirmed.
- A confirmation email will be sent once payment is confirmed received.
- Replacing of items(in special cases) is only allowed in 3 days after the items are received by you. No replacements after the given time.
- Rule breakers will end up blacklisted
Payments procedure

* after the transfer, edit your order form by stating the date and transaction / reference number
* We will email you once the payment is received, stating the date you'll be expecting to receive your item(s).
*** We will NOT be responsible if you transfered the money into a wrong account.
- Meet Up (least recommended)
* Meet ups will only be at

- Eunos MRT
* For payment meet ups, locations will strictly be on the above locations only.
- Conceled Payment (not recommended)
* If you happen to choose this, we will give you the mailing address when you've confirmed your order.
***Take note: We will not be responsible for lost of mail.
How To Order
Please take note before ordering
Service charge applies to all items.
If you are buying 2 Items, the service charge will multiply by two.
If you are purchasing multiple items which is different in name,type or colour, please send in your order form differently.
Same item name, type and colour requires only 1 order form.
We will email you once we recieve your order forms.
** Email that is not replied within 3 days, will be re-mailed and if shoppers did not reply after 2 days, will be blacklisted unless shoppers have a good reason for not replying.
**Post in your order form only if your order is confirmed
***No backing out once orders are made! Or you will be blacklisted.
So, it is best for shoppers to be clear of all questions before ordering! ^_^

- Meet ups strictly in these area only
- For further location, Shoppers will have to pay an extra $0.50 - $2 depending on the location suggested.
- If we happen to go to the location you suggested for collection, NO charges will apply.
- Payments (for further location only) must be made when meeting

2. POSTAGE
* Shoppers will have to pay for their own postage fees as stated below:
* Payment of postage fee must be made with the payment of the item purchased
* Shoppers are strongly recommended to take registered posting to avoid loss of item(s).
* We are NOT responsible for any loss of items during post.
* We are also NOT responsible for any item that are damaged during post as we are not the one who caused it.
* We always make sure that the items are perfectly fine and in good condition when making the post.
