Age: 30 and under.
Notes:Mutants, or possibly normal children being experimented on, most of them had families. Some came from abusive homes and their families were glad to get rid of them. They are well taken care of here, just aren't allowed to leave. Most of them are relatively happy and have been living in the West for many turns. They are called in for experiments, and some have had talents thrust upon them forcibly - the scientists only know how to give mental abilities, not physical alterations, so they especially like kidnapping the physical mutants to study them. But these children can have multiple mental mutations.
