FLashing your xbox 360
What does this do?: Flashing, simply installing filmware on your xbox 360 will allow you to play backed up games and downloaded games. Without it, every xbox 360 game has a boot disk in it and it can not run without it. And when you back up your games that boot disk is not included in the data so it cant run without an emulator. But when you flash your xbox360's dvd drive, the firmware will act as a emulator and play the games without that data. But if you go on xbox live, Microsoft will might ban your xbox live as it can tell if the disk is original or not. But the downloaded file i will provide to you has a stealth mode. The stealth mode will greatly lesson that chance of getting caught. So you can play xbox live without a problem.

Opening your xbox 360:
How are you gona get the dvd drive out? magic or something?
1. Now first you must take off the face plate. Do that by pulling the edges at the top of the plate.
2. Now that the cover is off, lets take a look at the important parts and what we need to now.
1. The Microsoft Warranty Seal. You must remove this, but be away once its removed, your warranty will be void and microsoft wont fix your xbox if something goes wrong.
2. The ring face plate, keep it on
3. The dvd tray cover, we wont need to remove this.
4. The tray eject button, once the case is removed, we will need to take this off to take out the dvd drive.
5. Bottom vent holes. There are 3 tabs behind them that keep your bottom piece attached. We will have to remove the bottom/top pieces.
6. Same thing as bottom vent holes, but you will need to remove the rubber pad on the left to reveal a tab to take out the top piece.
