Ingredients:
- 5 Egg Yolks
- 5 Egg Whites
- 60ml Milk
- 50g Butter
- 70g Flour
- 100g Sugar
- Salt
1. Preheat an oven to 180°C. Use baking paper to make a muffin mould.
2. Melt the butter and pour it in the milk and mix it well. Sieve the flour into the mixture.
3. Use an electric mixer to beat the batter. Add the egg yolks and beat well.
4. Beat the egg whites and salt in a separate bowl, then add the sugar and beat untill stiff.
5. Pour the mixture from point 3 in the mixture from point 4. Mix the mixture well with a plastic spatula.
6. Pour the mixture into the mould you made at point 1. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes.
