I regret not having taken more progress pics while losing the weight. I don't have one from losing my first 10%, or after losing 25 lbs., etc.
Below is a picture from my NYC trip for the 04-05 New Year's festivities. I had only been on the program for about a week, but I was proud of myself for losing at my meeting after a vacation. Must've been all that walking!!

The below two pics are from my vacation to Washington D.C. in March 2005. I'd lost about 30 lbs. I wore a pedometer during this trip, and we ended up walking over 60,000 steps in four days! Keep in mind that 10,000 steps equals five miles!
