Born:  July 7, 1963 ...9th child in a family of 13 (5 brothers & 5 sisters)

Began Broadcasting Career:  August 1985

Hometown:  Floyd Knobs, Indiana  (up in the hills of Southern Indiana overlooking New Albany & across the Ohio River into Louisville, Kentucky)

Unique Pleasures:  Having grandkids around gives me an excuse ...uh, I mean... an opportunity to see well written children's shows.  Currently, I'm into Phineas & Ferb... it's a hoot!  Also find myself watching SpongeBob, Drake & Josh, and ICarly (even when the kids aren't around).

First "Real Job":  Coca Cola warehouse, Louisville, KY.  Loading the trucks & driving a forklift.

Things that make you really mad?  Stupid people... like the ones who think Sawyer Brown is one guy.

Your very first Concert?  Clint Black in Evansville

Your very favorite thing is?  The only thing I could not live without would be my wife, Jackie.  Meatloaf runs a close second... uh, the food, not the artist.

Other comments or interesting facts about yourself?  Ol' Papaw is very proud of his grandchildren, or as I call them:  Torrence (Punkin), Ambria (Sweet Pea), Benjamin (Ace),  Nicholas (Scooter), and the latest arrival, Averie (Sunshine).
