Hi everyone!  Thanks for visiting my website.  I hope you find something here that helps, inspires or motivates you--whatever your goals or aspirations may be.  My starting and current weights are listed below.  If you'd like to see before and after pictures, check out Progress Pictures. 

This isn't my first time on Weight Watchers.  I've literally lost count.  I joined for the first time in college (1992) when I was only 206 lbs.  I lost about 40 lbs, and then proceeded to gain that back plus another 50 lbs right away.  I continued to try to rejoin WW or try other eating plans, always losing a little and gaining a lot.  My next really serious attempt at WW was in 2002.  By then I was 314 lbs.  I lost about 65 lbs and then gained that back.  Again I made several attempts at WW and others, gaining another 50 or so lbs in the process.  My highest weight ever was 369 lbs, but when I joined WW this last time, I was 352.2 lbs.  That was August 28, 2005.  I could have made goal by now if I hadn't backslid so many times... it's not that I lose weight slowly... I lose weight fairly easily, but I regain easily too.  In fact, I'm just recommitting after 6 months of backsliding, but at least I've caught myself before I gained it all back or worse. 

So if this is your first time on WW make sure it is also your last!  But if you've been where I have, know that you really can do this.  You just have to decide that you are capable, because you are.  So thanks for stopping by and come back often to see how I'm doing!
