1) At the time of sale said kitten is judged to be a breeder/show or pet quality, (circle and initial). There is no guarantee of quality, status or standing since kittens grow and change rapidly.
2)The subject kitten/cat is not to be used as a breeder.
3)The blue slip will be transferred to the buyer when a copy of the certificate of spay ir neuter us received by the seller.
4)The buyer hes the option to have the cat checked by a Veterinarian within 72 hours from the date of sale. In the event a congenital problem is discovered, the breeder will replace the cat, providing a VET statement is supplied. I agree to accept a replacement kitten when available. I understand there will be no cash refund. After 72 hours, the breeder will not assume responsibility. No behavioral or personality guarantee can be made.
5)Buyer agrees to provide veterinary car, annual immunizations, proper nutrition and a lot of TLC. Please keep your pet inside for his/her health and safety. Please do not de-claw the kitten/cat as that is a form of cruelty. If the cat is found to be neglected or in bad health, the buyer will surrender the cat/kitten to seller unconditionally.
6)Under no circumstances will this kitten/cat be sold/leased/given to any pet shop or research center.
7)It is agreed that this sale has taken place in the County of Riverside, State of California. And, is further agreed that this contract will be interpreted pursuant to California Law and subject to the Court of said State. Accordingly, any legal action must be brought forth in the Riverside County Court System, State of California.
8)By signing this contract, I am in full agreement with all of the above terms.

DEPOIST STATEMENT
I____________ do understand that the deposit I am leaving to Shari Stokes for said cat/kitten of 1/2 the amount of purchase will NOT BE REFUNDABLE. Also the cat/kitten will be resold by breeder.
