-Please have at least minimal HTML and/or Photoshop knowledge. That doesn't mean you have to make the best layouts the world has ever seen, it simply means I don't want to have to teach you the basics. I also don't want shit that's just thrown together in Paint.
-Seeing as I'm not the most frequent at updating, I'm not going to be hypocritcal and ask you to be. As long as you update more than once every month and a half I'll be happy.
-Being a member of this site means having access to everything. The worst thing in the world would to have someone take advantage of that. Don't apply if your intentions are to be a fucking asshole.
-If this actually works and I get applications, I'm still going to want more. I want as many people as possible to help with this site. Whether that's going to be 5 or 500, I'll still want and consider your application.
