~Teilhard de ChardinThe physical world can be thought of as an elementary school. We are all enrolled in a cosmic grade school and we are here to learn and to enjoy our being. In the fertile soil of physical reality we are meant to grow and blossom into higher dimensions. Our day to day experience is our classroom, and we are learning the A.B.C.'s of how to use energy so that we can become conscious co-creators with the Univeral Spirit, Mind, God, All THAT IS, or whatever term you prefer. On the one hand we are each unique manifestations of the Universal Spirit/All That Is, and also we are individuals in training.
REASON FOR MEDITATION:
To tune in to the deepest, quiet part of the mind (consciousness) -- where there is subtle energy, sound & light. There we find the answers to all of our problems, difficulties and issues. Creation starts from the inside and then manifests to the physical. It is our consciousness that helps determine what we manifest in the physical. It is via the light that we merge the body, mind & spirit in order to manifest new creations. It is via the light that humanity will be saved from impending doom. As a process, it changes the physical body while merging the body and the spirit into one being...which is a perfected being of light, in a physical body of light.

Why stumble in the dark when you can see in the light?
There are many types and sources of light. The basis of the universe is energy...of which light is a form of energy. In every case the light overcomes darkness, ignorance, and sickness. Seek the light so you can see more clearly. According to all wise sources -- THE LIGHT IS THE TRUTH. Now take that thought just one step further. Think about how much more you can see if you would seek THE CREATOR's light. Spiritual light is a higher level that helps us to grow in health, knowledge, wisdom, strength, compassion, security, happiness, love, and righteousness.
Everyone who calls him/herself a "spiritual master" -- gurus, ministers, etc.-- that claims to be "enlightened" is not. Some will tell their groups that they have "seen the light via their 3rd eye" -- or that they " have become detached" -- but that is not TRUE ENLIGHTENMENT. There are many who claim that their religious beliefs are a form of "enlightenment." But these ideas may just be the elementary beginnings of the journey to true enlightenment. Some work and right practice is necessary.
Some of these "spiritual leaders" will ask their followers to give up all their worldly possessions and "to cease having desires for the good life" ... or for a nice home, car, furniture, and other goods -- in order to become enlightened. But this is not the right way either. The truly enlightened person can manifest all of these valuables. The truly enlightened person will have control over his thoughts, and will not say or do cruel, exploitive, "low-life" or ignorant things. Real spiritual enlightenment results in the ability to ascend to another dimension.... and his/her body will have a "glow."
