We are always looking for more responders to join our Rota, and provide quality pre-hospital care to the people of the Worth Valley. No prior first aid knowledge is necessary (although it is advantageous) as all training is given. Our Responders come from all walks of life, and between them try to cover 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
If you are interested in joining the team, please read the requirements here first, then contact the Recruitment Co-ordinator, addresses and numbers on the contact page. Please feel free to download our Information Leaflet and Poster below. If you live, work or own a business in the Worth Valley and would be prepared to display our recruitment Poster we would be very grateful. Please let me know where you are displaying it so I know where's covered.

Own a business?
Have a Community Spirited employer?
We are alway looking for local businesses to sponsor items of our equipment. Although we can't guarantee to carry your logo on the particular item, we will certainly ensure that everyone knows you're a valued sponsor.
We will display your logo at any events, galas or publicity that we attend (usually on our stand), stating which peice of kit you have sponsored.
We will also put your logo on the Sponsors & Donors page, again alongside a photo of your sponsored item.
You can donate using Paypal, or in one of our own distinctive collecting boxes, which will shortly appear in pubs, shops, surgeries and other local businesses.
If you shop online anyway then why not raise valuable extra funds for us by using this fantastic scheme. All you need to do is visit http://www.easyfundraising.org.uk/wvcfrs and when you register, select Worth Valley Community First Responder Service as the organisation you wish to support..
