Any unworn, unwashed, in stock item, may be returned for a full refund, minus shipping, within 10 days of purchase provided it is in new condition. Customer must email Wool Baby Knits within 3 days of item receipt to alert us of your intent to return the item. Refund (minus shipping) will be issued upon receipt of the item, provided it is in like new condition.
Policies For Custom Orders
We cannot offer refunds on custom work due to the nature of the product being one of a kind and created specifically for your little one. Please be sure to measure your little one carefully because of this.
Shipping Insurance
Insurance is optional but highly recommended. If not purchased and your item is lost, we can not be held responsible and a refund will not be issued. If you have purchased insurance and an item is lost, we will work with the Post Office (file forms, etc.) until your refund has been issued by them.
