We only deal with this complex SO there is always someone on hand if any help is ever needed.
A range of Two and Three bedroom Duplex's are all fully furnished with all modern convenience's ,including separate Kitchens,hallway,living room/diner, bathroom plus extra w/c.
.Each duplex overlooks the Nice pools and Gardens subject to availability for long or short term lets,also we have some very nice ground floor two bedrooms with patio come garden .
Price for a Two Bed long term is from only 450 euros per month ,this includes the first 50 euros worth of water and electric per month and all local rates ,for security a returnable deposit of one months rent is asked for.
Weekly lets are available ......Prices Start from only €150 to a maximum of €230 per week.
