WONG PEOPLE AWARDS 2006

The Wong People share the same trials and tribulations that other Kung Fu artist

experience in the quest for Kung Fu mastery. The Wong People wishes to acknowledge

some of these serious Kung Fu practitioners for their continuing efforts. Twenty recipients 

 were nominated to recieve the award for 2006. These awardees have demonstrated their

dedication to the art. And have shown that family involvement is vital to the success of

Kung Fu training.

(Below) The Wongpeople Lion is in very high demand to handle spirit situations especially during the Lunar New Year season.

Usually during these type of spirit purging events there are no spectators present. The immediate family members, the owners and the high level employees are present to partake in this annual ritual.

C.A.C.M.A. goes to Washington DC

(below) Master Steve Clark was chosen by the WongPeople to perform the Lion Wakening

Ritual. This is a sacred ceremony where only select individuals are allowed to be present.

Master Steve Clark channels his 55 years of wisdom and power through the sacred brush

energizing the WongPeople Lion to become a positive instrument to serve the community.

Unlike most Lion Wakening ceremonies, the WongPeople Lion Wakening ritual requires a

certain procedure that must be followed with precision. Master Steve Clark is very familiar

with the WongPeople's special procedure of Waking the Lion.

The Lion powered up by Master Steve Clark and the WongPeople will be a very

important instrument in the continuing struggle against evil forces.

WONG PEOPLE OBSERVATIONS

The art of Kung Fu is vast, one style requires a lifetime to master. Many have modified and re-packaged the art, down sizing it to convieniently match their level of understanding.

The Wong People finally did find a place to hold their Kung Fu Competition. The event was held in Georgetown University on 8/5/07. The Wong People Kung Fu competition was a moderately successful event.  Of course the Wong People will work out all of the bugs in hope to make the next event better.

On a another note Sue-Ling is moving out of Washington DC to attend college. Helen is also moving away to pursue college in another state. Li- Ling is moving to California for better weather conditions. Iyana moved to Colorado to practice law. Mike Mannozi got married and relocated to another state. Clarence decided to live in Pennsylvania after graduating from school. Several other high level Wong People members have split from the Wong People organization for unknown reasons. Due to this major split in the Wong People organization we will no longer continue the WONG PEOPLE ADVENTURES saga because there is hardly anyone around to be in it. Who will be left to participate in tournaments and the Lion shows?????????
