TAI CHI is a style of Kung Fu that emphasizes mostly on the internal function and energy flow of the human body and not physical muscular type exertion. The purpose of Tai Chi is to recalibrate and improve the efficiency level of the mind and body working together as a system. When this mind and body system is operating at the proper efficiency level, the body is able to ward off and cure itself from most illnesses.

Due to our over-exposure to a synthetic environment fabricated by synthetic materials , while working the mind and body to achieve synthetic based goals causes a Yin Yang imbalance of the mind and body. Constant practice of Tai Chi will strengthen the connection of the mind and body to efficiently work together as a balanced and efficient maintainence system. The most important achivement in life is to have a mind and body that works well together. A well functioning mind and body benefits not only the individual but also those around.
