There is a clan of shifters that exists in the world, constantly hiding their animal form to blend in with society. Born to such parents, Julien lives with his mother. His father merely resides in a clan that keeps up with shifter activities, to keep their people hidden. Julien learned to hone his skill at a young age, and the form he took was that of a Siberian Tiger. Julien is a very giving, loving boy, raised by his mother to believe that humans were the same, and Shifters were just a part of the cycle of evolution. The Shifter Clan had to keep itself under wraps, and most Shifters do all they can to protect their race from being discovered. Shifters are rather like one big family, no matter what species of animal they are. Of course, there are disputes, being that Shifters are still different. Julien loves to run, it makes him feel free, especially when in his tiger form. When running, his eyes often turn a golden color, the eyes of a tiger of course.

Shaun came from a middle-wage family, and was rather happy as a child. He had a mother and a father who loved him very much, and was an only child. However, living in a world run by a cruel dictator had its definite downsides. Shaun grew up around technology and lab subjects, as his parents were part of the scientific crew that was forced to create weapons for use in war. A dangerous run-in with a few unstable chemicals led to Shaun gaining a strange ability, becoming invisible. It was perfect for times when he wanted to be alone, and soon, he found had another use. Sick of watching his parents slaving to please a man who had no right to live in Shaun's eyes, he found a rebel group to fight against the government. They found they could use Shaun's strange ability, and considering he was pretty good with computers, they accepted him. Shaun neglected to mention that he hadn't fully controlled his power yet. Whenever emotions ran high, Shaun would loose control of his powers, and stay invisible for undetermined amounts of time.

Name: Taylor Nichols

Age: 16

Bio: In a world where people it seemed, were evolving, were becoming more, humans were frightened by this wave of what they called 'mutants'. Taylor Nichols was like any other normal teenage boy. He drank and smoked and cussed and partied and rebelled against his parents. He kissed and fooled around with other boys and took pictures, just to piss off his father especially. Except for this one teeny little problem...whenever Taylor was around anything electronic, and he was upset or angry...it tended to blow up. This was not something any normal teenager had to deal with. He sought out answers, anything to stop the tingles that ran along his skin, the electrical pulse that sometimes flickered across his fingertips. He soon found the so-called 'Mutant School'. Telling his parents he wanted to clean up his act, and to go to a special school, they allowed it. His parents wanted to believe their son was growing up, getting over his rebelliousness, and so, off to Xavier's school he went. What he really wanted was to be free of the mutant gene inside of him...but it seemed at this school, he wouldn't have that particular wish granted.

( Taylor has what you would call 'Electrokinesis'. Electrokinesis is the ability to control, generate, or absorb electrical fields. He is bi, but I generally won't put him with a girl, 'cause I'm mean like that. xD Looking for an OC to play with Taylor currently. )
