Love is in the air for Lola and Romeo. The two love birds had their first official "date" today, Thursday, 7~24~08. Hopefully their attempts will prove successful for this cycle and result in precious tiny toy poodle puppies! Check back for updates and confirmation of pregnancy over the coming weeks.
*UPDATE* Lola and Romeo have made a second "love connection" today, Friday, 7~25~08!!
*UPDATE* Lola and Romeo have been caught for a third time doing the horizontal? vertical? diagonal? backwards? Well, which ever mambo doggies do! Saturday, 7~26~08!!
*UPDATE* Lola is doing well. It's still a little early to tell if she is indeed preggers. I am hopeful. We are very excited as this will be her first litter. In the coming weeks we will know for sure. She is acting more affectionate which is one indication that she is possibly going through changes. The gestation period for a dog is approximately 63 days from the first breeding which occurred on 7/24/08. This will put her "due date" at 9/25/08. I will continue to post any new developments.
