Our club was established in 1869 as was the American Poultry Association here in Western New York. We have around 50 members that live all around Western New York. Our annual spring show is held at the Erie County Fairgrounds in Hamburg, NY the Sunday following Mothers Day.
Meetings are held on the last Tuesday of each month except December, January and February. During the summer we hold our anual lawn show at different members homes in which each member brings up to four birds to compete. We have a pot luck picnic after the judging, it's a nice get-together over the summer.

The Erie County Fair is the biggest County Fair in the United States. The poultry building alone has thousands of visitors everyday.
When you show your birds here they are kept in a clean environment, well cared for and seen by a
ton of people. It's a great way to get people interested in what you raise or sell.Winning at this county fair is also beneficial as it is sanctioned by the APA and ABA.
