linden tea, apples or fresh pressed cider, guava or guava juice
Work this spell on a new moon to rejuvenate yourself and invoke a youthful appearance. Prepare a paste from the apple and guava pulp and add linden tea after it has brewed and cooled. Use as a face or body mask. You can also drink a potion of warm linden tea with fresh pressed apple juice and guava juice.
