"The WITW Northern Lights chapter costs the National $15 membership dues which will provide you with the SHOOTIN' THE BREEZE newsletter four
times yearly and allows you to participate in the WITW Summer and WINTER Nationals and the yearly safe riding mileage contest.
The only qualification is that you own your own motorcycle and have your motorcycle endorsement on your valid state drivers license. If you don't have your m/c endorsement we would like it if you're working on learning to ride with a motorcycle learners permit."
