Welcome to the Southerner's Blog, which is written by me, Leah Kathryn! I hope you enjoy your visit... here's what you can expect to find, though I can't promise a weekly post due to a full life God has given me.
THE F4T FLASH
Learn when updates to the site or to the book have been made.
THE CORNER OF PROSE
Get yourself a comfy spot to sit and fix on up a pot of hot tea! The Corner has lovely poetry, insightful articles, and "wonderful words of life."
THE LIFE OF THE WRITER
Step into Leah's life! Share moments of joy, days of peace, and the life of an only sister, surrounded by boys. Life is not boring!
THE CLASSICAL KITCHEN
Where on most days, you'll get both baroque and good food.
This is the kitchen at my house, where Bach, Schubert and Tschaikowsky music flow on the CD player as Mom and I fix dinner. Get yourself a good recipe in here.
THE HISTORICAL THOUGHT
Writings with a historical flair. From clothing of yesteryear, to opinions and research, there's always a bit of old-fashioned writing.
PERSONAL STATEMENTS
Just so you know stuff. What I believe. What God says in His Word. And a lot of times, a mixture of all that.

Anyway enjoy, it's kind of goofy I know, but that's why it's called a spoof video.
Blessings,
Leah Kathryn

Check out "180", a 33 minute documentary produced by The Way of the Master-- "33 Minutes Which Will Rock Your World." I highly recommend it. It will open your eyes, and refresh the way you think about abortion.
DON'T MISS IT!

Or this one?

Or this one?
This is not a trick question. Look ...

"Despite the “unseen truth”, that was known (and hoped for) by near all the fellows, there was a lot more to life as a soldier than what most everyone had expected. See, I can’t tell you the name of any young boy who enlisted that didn’t want to engage in combat. It was the thrill of being a soldier! Oh, the anticipation that soon you’d get a chance to do some damage to the enemy, and try to shorten the war a bit, even! Why enlist to fight the Yankees at all,...
