(Our Basic Core Beliefs while Practicing Witchcraft)

1.  Do no harm to others whether it be physically or emotionally in words or deeds.  Treat others as we want to be treated even though we may not always agree with them. 

2.  Knowing and practicing spiritual magick means knowing any energy we send out will come back to us, so we strive not to send out negative energies.  We enjoy sending out healing and energies of peace, love and light.  We believe any actions we take while practicing The Craft affects not only our lives but others we may have influence over. 

3.  We are not perfect, so when we make a mistake, we take responsibility for it, owning up to it and not blaming others.  We apologize and make amends for the mistakes we make. 

4.  We are responsible for ourselves and to treat others around us with respect, love and harmony.  

5.  We talk to our Deities on a regular basis and ask for wisdom, guidance and power to make the right decisions in our lives.  We practice magick and our path includes rituals, spells, prayers, meditation, lighting candles, scrying, and using other tools of witchcraft to help us keep in tune with The God, Goddess & Spirit.  We seek out our animal and spirit guides to help us along this path and we celebrate the lunar and harvest cycles taking care to nurture nature, animals and the universe around us.

6.  We don't associate with those who spread hatred or violence whether it would be physically or emotionally.    

7.  We know the path we follow or our faith is not believed by everyone so we practice religious tolerance as it is not our place to make someone believe what we believe.  We don't pretend to have all the answers as we walk this spiritual path but we walk it in faith and love so we may learn, grow and be the best person we can be to ourselves and others.

8.  As Solitary Eclectic Witches from The Ancient Path, we don't believe in evil and we are not involved in any sacrifices or cults, but rather we use herbs and natural elements to perform our magick rituals and spells.  We believe people make their own choices or decisions through free will and those decisions affect their lives now and in their future.
