Russian Gymnast Diet
Breakfast:
Glass of either orange or apple juice
Lunch:
Fruit Salad (made off kiwi fruit, orange, pineapple, and peeled apples)
Glass of fruit juice (from one of the above fruits)
Dinner:
Glass of non carbonated water
Green apple
Anyone on this diet for 5-7 days can loose between 4 lbs-11 lbs
2-4-6-8
200 total calories the first day
400 total calories the next day
600 total calories the day after
800 total calories the final day
This helps prevent your body from reaching into starvation mode, causing your body to actually gain or hold weight.

A pretty self explanitory diet. Alot of the girls in my dance class SWEAR by it. The way it works is that because it is a liquid diet, you get a large volume of food with out too many calories.
