Winter's Stud

Breeder & Exhibitor of Quality German Lops & Continental Giants

Welcome to my website!

My name is Sara & I am now based in Bristol.

My aim - through careful and thoughtful breeding, is to raise happy and well-balanced rabbits of good type, colour and an excellent nature.

I am the secretary of Swindon Rabbit Club & I'm a member of the British Rabbit Council (BRC), The National German Lop Club, the Rare Variety Rabbit Club, National French & Dwarf Lop Clubthe Bristol Rabbit Club, the Reading Rabbit Club, the Gloucester Rabbit Club & the Swindon Rabbit Club. I exhibit my show bucks and some of my does at BRC rabbit shows across the country under the name Winter's Stud.

In an ideal world, I would love to keep every rabbit (young & old) - but my stud would soon be over run, so occassionally I have wonderful rabbits (young & old) that require new homes. Please check my

For Sale & Rehoming page for any rabbits that may be available and please by all means feel free to use my Contact Me page should you have any particular requirements.

I do not breed my rabbits to supply the pet market! I only breed any of my rabbits to improve my own lines. None of my rabbits carry the Cashmere Gene (Long Hair Gene). No rabbit of mine will be mated more than twice a year at the very most. Any monies made from any rabbit sold by me goes straight back into their upkeep.

My son (Keeton) will be joining the BRC very soon, he will be Breeding & Exhibiting Mini Lops under the name StarBall Stud.

You can view his site here StarBall Stud

My daughter (Nicole) is a junior member of the British Rabbit Council (BRC), the National French & Dwarf Lop Club, the National German Lop Club (NGLC), the Rare Variety Rabbit Club, the Bristol Rabbit Club, the Reading Rabbit Club, the Gloucester Rabbit Club & the Swindon Rabbit Club, She is also a member of Swindon Rabbit Club’s committee. She exhibits her Dwarf Lop show bucks and some of her does at BRC rabbit shows across the country under the name Westwinter's Stud.
