(By kind permission of Roger Stokes, author of “Woodbury, The Twentieth Century Revisited” ) Weekly multi-terrain runs (5-6M) all within a starting point of 5M from Sidmouth. These will be informal runs and suitable for runners living in the Sid Valley and Otter Valley areas. They will take place on Friday mornings, meeting at 11:00 AM sharp. Please come 10 minutes early for a warm-up. If the weather looks doubtful please check this website after 9.30AM on the day of the run. Cancellation will only occur if the weather is extreme. These runs are not really suitable for beginners, children or dogs.
