  Welcome to Avalon, our luxury vacation rental villa on the exclusive Windsor Palms Estate in Kissimmee, Florida.

This luxury villa is our home. It has been furnished to a high standard and has a private pool and spa overlooking the protected conservation area, making it one of the best rental properties available. 

Planning a family vacation or reunion? A golfing holiday? Looking for conference accommodation? Our private rental villa can be your home away from home whilst in the Orlando area. This vacation home can sleep up to 14 guests and has 6 beautiful bedrooms.  Our villa has been designed for the discerning vacationer.  The private pool and spa back onto protected conservation land and there is plenty of seating by the pool.  The villa has been decorated to a very high standard by an interior designer.  All the bedroom have cable TV and most have either a DVD player or a VCR player.  We even provide a playstation 2 for the big kids amonst your group. 

Renting our private villa over a hotel room or motel room offers a lot more for your money. Not only do we have 6 luxuriously furnished bedrooms, 2 with en-suite bathrooms, but you also have the communal areas of the Great Room with a fully fitted kitchen, dining and living areas as well as your own private pool and spa. The Windsor Palms Resort (formally known as Wyndham Palms) is a resort style gated community ideally located for all the Orlando attractions and theme parks. Walt Disney World (comprising The Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, MGM Studios and the Wild Animal Kingdom) is only 4 miles away. Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Wet N Wild and SeaWorld are located an easy (13-17 minute) drive away.

Golf is available at the Mystic Dunes Golf Course located across from the entrance to the Windsor Palms Estate. This par 71, 7,012-yard golf course is part of the prestigious Wyndham Palms Resort and Country Club. There are many other golf courses within the Orlando area.
