We have three apartments for rent.  Apartments 1 and 2 are one bedroom, one bathroom apartments with a private bathroom, kitchen/dining/living area and a balcony. Prices start at $400 US monthly for these two apartments. 

Apartment 3 is a one bedroom, one bathroom efficiency apartment. The price starts at $300 US monthly. 

Please note that short term rates for less than a month are twice the daily rate of monthly rate.  

Included are wireless internet, normal use of electricity, use of a washing machine and swimming pool.
