Full Board & Semi Rough Board Available

Full: $600 / month ~ $150 / week ~ $20 / day

Semi Rough: $250 / month ~ $65 / week ~ $10 / day (Semi Rough Board includes everything listed below but excludes hay, grain, and misc. extras. Owner's will need to supply those things. We do however drop feed, turn in and out, clean their stall, and provide the shavings for you. Hay, grain, and misc. supplies are also available for you to purchase if need be.)

~ Free choice hay, water, salt / mineral blocks

~ 12 x 12 matted stalls with open fronts ( plenty of pine shavings / sawdust or clean straw for mares and foals)

~ Electric outlets located in front of every stall and grooming areas for convenience

~ 12 x 12 shower stall with both hot and cold running water, tie bars, and panic release cross ties

~ Over sized well lit grooming areas with both panic release cross ties and anchored tie bars

~ Large tack room is located directly off the grooming area for convenience

~ Bathroom facilities

~ Attached 80 x 200 ft fully enclosed and well lit indoor arena

~ 100 x 200 ft lighted outdoor arena for fair weather riding

~ Barrels, poles, cones, jump standards, etc... for everyone's use

~ All day turnout when weather is permitting (Even when weather is not permitting horses are still turned out into the indoor arena for exercise)

~ We WILL NOT leave your horse outside during extreme conditions in order to save on our own costs

~ Our safety record is second to none when it comes to the safety of your horse during turnout. Each horse is treated accordingly and either turned out individually while still being allowed to socialize, or added to a group best suited for their social & safety needs.

~ Qualified vet & farrier on hand for all your medical and corrective needs

~ Medical supplies, blankets, coolers, etc are all on hand if needed ( Supplies need to be either purchased / replaced / cleaned if used)

~ Medic pens for horses on lay - up as needed

~ 24 hour care and surveillance

~ Truck & trailer on hand in case emergency hauling is needed

~ In the winter months the barn is fully protected from the outdoor elements and stays comfortable and well ventilated

~ In the summer months it remains cooler and is equipped with industrial size fans, and individual fans as needed to stay comfortable
