RIGHTS OF THE ARTIST PERMISSION:

No reproductions or resell may be made with any product, art print, poetry or otherwise that you purchased from the Artist. Elisa Aurora is the only one who can give the permission to post any of her artwork on any site online, in any catalog, book, museum, etc. or anywhere that something might be shown or otherwise. If found that you have without her permission or claimed her art as your own, the Artist, Elisa Aurora has rights to sue you for any artwork of hers you may have used to reproduce or resell as either your own or for your own purposes. However, original artwork that you HAVE bought may be used in private collections, private viewings, and word of mouth about the artist's talent or website. Remember, always get the artist's permission before posting the picture you buy on any site or profile, used in any book, etc., unless it was a commissioned painting or graphic piece of art. Then it belongs to you, and ofcourse her the artist owns the copywrite.

Now if you would like to buy the rights to any art made by the Artist, Lisa Pace, the price would vary depending on what picture you would like to buy the rights to. IN the case that you buy the rights to said picture, then the above would no longer apply. Granted, it can be pricey to aquire the rights to any artist's work, but you will own the art & the rights soley to reproduce it if you wish, making a profit.

For aquiring Permissions to use the artist's work in your own projects, please email her and ask. Most of the time, the answer is yes. (For non-profit purposes)

If you wish to sell what you make (using the artist's work as part of that project, then you would have to give the artist a percentage of your earnings on the project, and give her credit fot he part that you used that was hers. (Permissions like this are either a yes or a no, depending on if the artist agrees with your project topic or not. (Meaning no porn sites, anti-pagan sites, pedophile sites, or any abuse of either animal, human, or otherwise.)

Remember, just because you are making nude art, does not make it porn. What makes it porn is nudity in poor taste. (Sculptures, paintings & the like are usually not considered pornography.)
