Award winning comedy starring Debra Messing and Eric McCormack as two best friends who are perfect for each other. Except that is for a few little details. Will is a gay lawyer and Grace is a straight interior designer. But they do have one thing they feel the same about.......they're both looking for their ideal man!!
Will & Grace was first piloted on 9th September 1998. The name of the pilot episode was Love & Marriage. Evidently it was a huge success and now he cast are onto their 7th season.
Will & Grace has been nominated for 49 Emmys, 24 Golden Globes, fourteen SAG Awards and six People’s Choice Awards...up to now. Out of those 49 emmys it has successfully walked away with 12, one of those for "Outstanding Comedy Series" in 2000. As well as all those award nominations it has been nominated the American Comedy Award, three GLAAD Media Awards and a Founders Award from the Viewers for Quality Television. The show still boasts its original cast and hopefully they will continue to be around for a long time yet.
David Kohan and Max Mutchnick are the creators and the Executive Producers of this smash hit comedy. Alex Herschlag and Dave Flebotte serve as executive producers and showrunners. James Burrows is director and executive producer.

Will Truman (Eric McCormack)
Born and raised in Toronto, Eric McCormack studied at the Banff School of Fine Arts at Toronto's Ryerson University. He spent five glorious seasons at the renowned Stratford Shakespearean Festival, and performed in regional theaters across Canada.
Since 1990, Eric has appeared in dozens of series and made-for-television movies. Most memorable was his role as Col. Clay Mosby on “Lonesome Dove: The Outlaw Years.”
His feature films include -
"Holy Man", "Free Enterprise", "Here's to Life" and the upcoming independent film "The Sisters" opposite Maria Bello and Mary Stuart Masterson.
Then in 2001, Eric made his Broadway debut as Harold Hill in Susan Stroman’s acclaimed production of “The Music Man.”
Eric has also made his debut as a writer/director with the short film “Pirates,” and will soon be directing and starring in his own script in Disney’s "What You Wish For," which he developed with his wife of six years, Janet Holden.
Eric and his wife Janet are most proud of their 2-year-old son, Finnigan. The family currently live in Los Angeles.
Eric celebrates his birthday on 18th April.

Grace Adler (Debra Messing)
Born in Brooklyn, Debra and her older brother were raised in a quiet community outside Providence, Rhode Island. She received her liberal arts education at Brandeis University where she majored in theatre arts. She spent half of her junior year studying in London’s prestigious B.E.S.G.L. program, which featured dramatic arts teachers recruited from various distinguished institutions such as the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts, the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts, Cambridge University and Oxford University. Upon graduating summa cum laude from Brandeis, Messing was accepted into New York University’s elite Graduate Acting Program and received her master of fine arts degree.
On the New York stage, Debra recieved praise for her performance as Harper Pitt in the pre-Broadway workshop of Tony Kushner’s Tony Award-winning play "Angels in America: Perestroika". She appeared as Cecily in a Seattle production of "The Importance of Being Earnest". Upon returning to New York, she was cast as the understudy to Mary-Louise Parker and Polly Draper in the off-Broadway premiere of John Patrick Shanley’s "Four Dogs and a Bone". She also co-starred in Paul Rudnick’s "The Naked Truth" and co-starred with Maria Tucci in the acclaimed two-woman production of Donald Margulies’ "Collected Stories," which was chosen as a finalist for the Pulitzer Prize.
Next year, she will star in her first lead film role in director Clare Kilner’s romantic comedy, "Something Borrowed" opposite Dermot Mulroney for Gold Circle Films.
Other features include - "Along Came Polly", "Hollywood Ending", "The Mothman Prophecies", "Celebrity" and "A Walk in the Clouds".
On television, Debra starred for two seasons in the comedy "Ned & Stacey" opposite Thomas Haden Church. She also starred in "NYPD Blue", "Seinfeld", "Prey" and she appeared as Mary Magdalene in the critically acclaimed 2000 miniseries "Jesus"
Debra currently lives with her husband and young child in Los Angeles.
She celebrates her birthday on 15th August.

Jack McFarland (Sean Hayes)
Sean was raised in the Chicago suburb of Glen Ellyn, Illinois. A talented musician, he supported himself as a classical pianist and performed in a pop band while attending Illinois State University, where he majored in performance and conducting. He also appeared in the university’s production of "Love for Love".
After his college experience, Sean began working in the Chicago theater community, serving as the music director at the Pheasant Run Theatre for a few years, where he appeared in several of their productions. He also appeared in the original production of "Role Play" at the Organic Theater.
Sean then moved to Los Angeles, and had gigs as a stand-up comic, performing at the Comedy Club, and starred in the television movie "A&P" based on the short story by John Updike. Sean also starred as Jerry Lewis in the television movie "The Martin & Lewis Story".
His movie roles have been "Pieces of April", "The Cat in the Hat" (Voice of Mr. Humberfloob), "Billy's Hollywood Screen Kiss" and "Cats and Dogs" (Voice of Mr Tinkles).
Sean currently lives in Los Angeles and celebrates his birthday on 26th June.

Karen Walker (Megan Mullally)
Megan made her Broadway debut in the 1994 revival of "Grease" with Rosie O’Donnell. She then received an Outer Critic’s Circle Award nomination for her performance as "Rosemary" in the Broadway revival "How To Succeed in Business Without Really Trying" opposite Matthew Broderick.
Other theatre shows include - "The Berlin Circle", "Mayhem" as well as a variety of plays and musicals in both Chicago and Los Angeles.
Megan made her television series debut with Elaine Stritch and Ellen Burstyn on “The Ellen Burstyn Show”. Othe television apperances include - "Seinfeld", "Frasier" and "China Beach", "Winchell" and recently "The Pact".
She has also worked in films such as "Anywhere But Here" and "Everything Put Together".
On of her fondest projects is her glamorous cover band, "Supreme Music Program" with whom she has release two cd’s, most recently "Big As A Berry".
