....
The Wiicenaries started not so long ago, in a Metroid Prime Hunters Clan known as the Most Wanted MPH. Lead by VioletZer0, the clan rocketed to gain many members, a great community whom everyone got to know well and enjoy. The site consisted of four clans for Metroid, the Uchiha, Clan Faith, and the Wreckers. The Four got to know each other well but we saw each other as one, and this is where the basis of the Wiicenaries began.

It was here that Stronger, a member of the MW saught out to begin what would be known as the first (and best ;) ) Nintendo Wii clan. A minor with coding, he seeked help from Qwerty, a member too at the MW. He for one was wise and provided the other half of Stronger. The two began the wiicenaries, Stronger leading and Qwerty co-leading.

The clan was started, sadly, just after the MW death, for MPH promised as a game not suiting for a clan and with nothing to do, nothing to hype, it slowly faded away. Stronger took his chances and asked that the members came to the Wiicenaries to provide a community well fitted. So the Wiicenaries began, with Veterans of the MW boards and newcomers from around the internet, it started back in the summer of 06. During June we gathered members to join our community, providing a wider range of personality straying from the old MW atmosphere. With much needed help from Shinobisoma, we acquired two new features, the Arcade and Clan Theatre. Though minor, they helped set a great basis for our clan, and they remain to this day to be used as helpful features around the wiicenaries. As Stronger progressed in the world of coding, some new features emerged, like the live IRC chat and the iClan, a embedded internet MP3 player. Attracting more members, the features became favorites and set a standard for clans everywhere.

The clan was growing, and we hosted events, like the WiFi bash which became a quick favorite run by Shinobisoma and small DS tournaments, eagerly awaiting the release of Wii. This sparked new activity around the clan along with new members and a reason to stay. As the clan built, so did the morale. But soon it was as if that was all flushed down the toilet, when we embarked in the Clutch Wars, A period of time the veterans of Wiicenaries often remember. Spanning approximately a month and a half, we ventured through a significant time period in the Wiicenaries life span. We got through it, only boosting our morals even more, knowing this clan was solid enough to make it through tough times. The site acquired a much needed better looking layout and the clan ressurected, began doing what we did best. Overhyping the Wii. And with news that BWii and MSC would be playable online, Stronger began brainstorming ideas for the future Squads of ]WC[. Through the winter and spring, we remained active, though plain, not much happening, but secretly the admins were planning there stuff. Sadly through this time we lost Mutenpika and Qwerty, both noble and wise men as admins but they remained active members. We gained a new admin, someDUDE8, but he couldn't stand how he was doing nothing as an admin, and although we tried to convince him otherwise, he stepped down as well.

Shinobisoma and Stronger began thinking of new things to do, new ways to give the clan the umph it had during the summer. It dawned on them. WiiC-TV. The two decided to put their creative thinking together to create a short TV show featuring Video reviews, features, round ups, top 10's, and WiiC Beach(coming soon) to be announced in the new year. Although a great idea, it failed to kick start and the idea faded away again. We began to advertise some more, and attracted a few new members, many members failed to post more than 5 times, and some of our veterans disappeared. It was a sad time we were going through, and we needed help. Shinobisoma and Stronger agree'd they needed help and decided to recruit a new admin. One wise, capable and someone who could help us better. Beta, MS_garra, hibachi, some japanese characters, and a lot of names was crowned the new admin. Though we suggest you just call him beta. Many members were upset and some threatened (or decided) to leave. It was a hard time, and he provided more contrast, being a much better equipped, rule enforcing admin. He got the job done and he did it well. But we needed more. So we announced, on the Wiicenaries Birthday (May 26th) we would be aquiring a new layout, promising to look much better and be well equipped. So it was decided then and there, on July 1st, we would hold the first annual wiicenaries day in the chat room, unvealing our new layout!

June started out as any regular month, but as time always shows, its not always the same. Though I'm not purposely trying to make anyone look bad, it wasnt exactly a better month for us. Around the beginning of June/end of May, a mutiny had been forming. Well it was half a mutiny. The Forever Knights, made by Violetzer0 was a new community that focused on all consoles and systems, bringing a larger more diverse community. Though there was more than one reason for the group. Much talk about a mutiny brewed over at KFC, and sanders was cooking up an evil plot to bring wiicenaries to its knees. The plan was to bring all the members over behind Stronger's back and force Stronger to resign as admin, or just plain let wiicenaries die. How does stronger know this? I cant tell you, was there a mole, maybe...someone we all know, maybe. Someone we'd all remember (OMG DRAMA) anyways, the mutiny was starting to get serious around mid june. Violet had begun to protest against Stronger and tell the world how cruel he really was. Slowly and slowly killing him mentally. Eventually, it all just boiled down to Stronger and he left. He resigned as admin and was never to be seen again. Jokes. He did leave, but all of a sudden everyone realised how much of a mistake they had made, and pleaded for Stronger to return. Stronger saw these and decided to return as an admin, but resigned as leader, saying the job was too much to bear and didnt like having all the responsibility as leader. GMaster then became leader, forever. Definintly. Im joking. Shinobisoma and Stronger began leading the wiicenaries together, with equal rights and responsibilities. So the wiicenaries were back, stronger than ever, except with a little less stronger.

July 1st came, and many members came to the chat that night and we revealed the new layout, currently being used now, is much more accesible and can easily be accessed. The layout was a huge hit and we prided over our most drastic accomplishment. The admins weren't done though. They never are. Features will always keep coming in, and this year promises to be a good one, with WiiC-TV in full motion in our Clan Theatre and more to come!

Over the summer of '08, nothing drastic occur'd, but a few steps were taking for the Wiicenaries. The long awaited Mario Strikers Charged was released, starting Wiicenaries as a clan, and with Ghost and Munk leading the squad, it did ALMOST nothing (it beat ryu's clan, YAY!). To this day I dont think anything has happened. OLE! Beta also left us over the summer, though I'd rather not go into details, the mere fact im saying this means im probably going too far. Either way, Battalion Wars has recently come out, so I hope to see you all on the battlefield!!!

This has been a true story.
