Now this tut you can use any tube. There are different method's to add glitter to your tubes. This is the method I use and find works wells.

I'm working on a smaller tube, but opened a window 500 x 500 because I can crop later.
I use my magnifying glass and come in twice on it, even if the tube is big I like to get in close to be able to Magentic lasso the sections I want glittered.
1.Find your tube and layer it three times.
2. Highlight Raster 1 close off the other layers for now.
3. Now I only want to glitter up the wings, so I use the magentic lasso and go around the
Area I want.
4.Filter/DBS Flux/Bright Noise setting Mix and 30
5. Go to next layer hightlight and repeat step 4 but change setting amount to 32, and repeat on last layer setting 34
6. Keep the marching ants where they are and click on the raster 1 again, If you want to add sparkle do step 7 if not do step 8.
7.Using VM Natural Sparkle you can play with the settings as it's not hard to learn if you wish to have colour sparkles then move the colour's to where you want them, I choice to leave white and a bit big. On each layer just move the random seed to move the sparkles.
8.On each layer with the marching ants still on click sharpen once to each layer.
9. Save if using Photoshop elements as a GIF and animate 0.2 if in psp use jasc
Easy yes, effective very .. You can get more creative and added different sizes of sparkle to each layer two or three time or even more colours.
