Welcome to our new web site and have a look around. I put this together to help our customers find out what's new and to check and see if their old favorites are still here.

ABOUT US
Our names are Frank and Rita Whitman, and we own and operate a small greenhouse business. We started about 1990, just growing and selling a few bedding plants. We sold flower plants, including annuals, perennials and biennials, plus vegetables and herb plants. As the years went by, we kept adding more and more. We are still small enough that we run the business ourselves, although it does take all our time. But, Frank enjoys meeting the people who come in and he usually takes them for a tour around our house, showing them all of our flower gardens.

LOCATION
We are located in the beautiful Annapolis Valley of Nova Scotia, Canada. Our address is: R.R.# 1, 651 Main St. (Highway #1), in the village of Lawrencetown.
If you are traveling on the 101 Highway, just take the Lawrencetown Exit 19, out to the No.1 highway and take a right. We are very easy to find, just look for our sign WHITMAN GARDENS on our front lawn. Or, you can phone us at: 1-902-584-3694, E-mail: whitman.gardens@ns.sympatico.ca

WHAT WE SELL
You can go to the page you want by clicking on the catagory you want to see first. We sell a wide variety of plants, most of which Frank starts himself. There are Flowers, both ANNUALS, and PERENNIALS AND BIENNIALS, also VEGETABLES AND HERBS.

A few years later, we started selling some SHRUBS, and then a few years later we started selling HARDY ROSES.

We also sell beautiful HANGING BASKETS.
