Welcome to White Oleander Reproductive and Genetic Services! Here, we offer top quality care for your precious mares and stallions. We provide exams for each stage of your mares pregnancy, including before shes pregnant and after she gives birth. We also will collect and store your stallions semen, and we do artificial insemination. We do genetic testing for a wide variety of disorders and diseases, and we also do coat color and pattern testing to see if your horse is a non-carrier, homozygous, or heterozygous. Here's the quality services we provide;
Pre-Breeding Broodmare Exam - $50
We check your mare to make sure she is sound for breeding, and give proper vaccinations if needed.
Post-Breeding Broodmare Exam - $50
We take an ultrasound to confirm conception, and give proper vaccinations if needed.
Pre-Foaling Broodmare Exam - $50
Another ultrasound is done to check on the foal, and vaccinations are given if needed.
Post-Foaling Broodmare Exam - $75
Physical examination of both mare and foal, bloodwork is done, and relevant vaccinations are given.
Stallion Fertility Exam - $75
Physical examination given, sperm count and examination, and relevant vaccinations given.
Semen Collection/Storage - $100
1,000 straws with the option of cooled, fresh,frozen semen or a combination of two. Lifetime storage for cooled/frozen semen provided free of charge.
Artificial Insemination - $100
Using fresh, cooled, or frozen semen.
Genetic Testing - $50
Tests for the existance/nonexistance of SCID(Arabs/Half Arab), HYPP (QH, Paint, App, and crosses of those breeds), OLWS (Paints/Paint crosses), EB (Belgians/Belgian crosses), and/or GBED (QH, Paint, Appaloosa, or any crosses of any of these breeds). Coat Color Testing - $25
Establish non-carrier/homozygousity/heterozygousity of Tobiano, Red Factor, Agouti, Cream Dilution, Silver Dilution, and/or Sabino 1 Factor. Depending on horses color, other factor tests will be performed aswell. (See the genetic information link above layout for more information)
