To those of you who are not fully paid yet, please be aware if your money is not in by 1pm on the 18 August you will not be considered for the squad - harsh - but fair!!!!
After the AGM two weeks lots of the team have made a concerted effort to get in those much needed funds for our seasons costs.
The main ones are the pitch fees and the registration and affiliation fees for the league.
Well done to Shane who's aquired sponsorship from the Spar in the tune of £450.00
Gizzy is currently in negotiations with his employer Carcraft. Kingy seems to have sealed a contribution from his firm for a pitch hoarding. Bingo's top secret approaches to local businesses continue. Billy suggests he is onto a winnner also.Dave Goddard is working on his local garage (not literally!!). Mike Payne has sorted out kit washing, saving us £10.80 a week. Ginger and Mike have also alleged they are "chip leaders" on guess the score having already collected £30+ for this weeks draw. To the rest os you put a bit more effort in and look what can be achieved (see above).
