Life is a strange dimension. It abounds with complexities, uncertainties, absurdities (hence the existentialists), and whatnot. Which is a good thing. Gives me something to write about.

And then the Computer Talked

             Three weeks ago, I caught this particular segment in Studio 23's News Central that sort-of freaked me out. Entitled "Hackers", it was a feature story on the Internet being more unsafe than what most people (like me) perceive it to be. I've seen the movie The Net a couple of times. However, the idea that the said flick seemed to have wanted to convey to its viewers just didn't alter my initial perception of the Internet--the perception of it as but the most highly evolved means of getting "involved" in this age of globalization. But now, thanks to News Central's feature on cyberspace's infamous criminals, my perception of the Net is no longer limited to just that. [+]
