Whincup & Grindey Established in 2007 shortly after we got together. We have been showing breeding rabbits prior to this. Simon Whincup as himself and formerly Lago stud many years ago (since 1992), and Richard Grindey formerly himself and Snowman Stud (since 1998) we have both had much success as juniors and in the main show world and now with the combined experience we have bought together we are know winning consistently on the show bench. The main breed in the shed is of course English Angoras, and more recently Dwarf Foxes (Fuchszwerges) a new breed imported from the continent.

The English angoras are the breed that we both love their appealing and friendly nature, great attitude just makes your day as you engage with them. They are a loving breed to keep but one that requires regular grooming to maintain their magnificent coat. they come in fourteen recognised colours in the UK. In 2013,
Our Angora's originate from the lines of Yvonne Hobbs-Fothergill (Willowcot Stud), Mrs Barbara Pratley (Willowbank Stud) and Sally May (Bourne Stud) all iconic figures in the breed with many, many wins and champions behind them. We are very proud of the origins of our stock, and also very proud of the quality that continues to be shown on the table. We totally love our English Angoras and there will never be another breed like them.
Whincup & Grindey stable has many of the UK's top wins under our belt with Angoras. These include:
