What's On Ghana featured in Mayor's Guide to African London

What's On Ghana magazine is featured in the first ever guide to African London produced by the Mayor of London's office.

The guide has been produced to accompany the Mayor's first capital-wide celebration of Africa Day.

Africa Day, which occurs annually on the 25th of May, will be commemorated with a huge open-air event at Trafalgar Square on Bank Holiday Monday, 28th May 2007. Inspired by the rich tapestry of colours and textures of a continent, Africa Day is a free one-day festival celebrating the positive contributions of London’s African communities to life in the capital.

Festival highlights will include live music showcasing the rhythms and instruments of a continent with performances from Miriam Makeba, Pauline Oduro and Kari Bannerman and the African Jazz All Stars.
