This is my progress as I lose weight.  Ups and downs (hopefully more downs).  I will update as often as possible.

August 27 2008 - 15 lbs to go to get back to recent low weight

I can't believe how easy it is to slip back into my old habits.  Feels good to have a focus again.  It makes me a happier person.  I've got such a busy life, that having the one thing I can count on to be steady is such a relief.  No worries about what to eat next.  Someone asked me once how I handle stress eating.  I eat less when I'm stressed.  Makes life much more simple.  And it makes me happier person.  Anyway:

August 26 2008 - Gained 17 lbs since February

I definitely stopped worrying about my weight.  After my divorce was final, and I moved out with my boyfriend... I just became too busy to really focus on it.  I'm back to it though.  Still busy, but sick of being fat.  I did lose about 7% body fat though.  I'm sure I can chalk it up to the gym, eating mostly healthy, and hard work.  So...here we go again.

February 15 2008 - 80 lbs lost

Someone mentioned in my guestbook I hadn't updated since November, and I was wondering what they were talking about...until I remembered I hadn't posted anything in my progress for a while.  It's been up and down since November.  Luckily not so far up that I weigh more.  I just slowed down.  I will be starting another fast soon, so that will drop more weight.  I've been mostly just keeping my food intake to a minimum and mostly eating healthy things.  So...only a lb down since Nov...but one I'm in my new place and working out more often...it's going to drop a lot quicker.  Plus, I will have a pool that opens in May, and that is the best way I lose weight!  Of course, I plan on being mostly to my goal by April 25th.

Still going.  This divorce is doing wonders for my strength to fast.  I've noticed I'm pouring my focus into it because it's something I can replace the pain of divorce with.  If that makes sense.  At least I recognize thats what I'm doing though.

I had gained back what I had lost because I was doing so crappy with food.  But, I'm back down and a lb lower even!  That's what I get for fasting for 15 days.  Fabulous.

Sept 8 2007 - 71 lbs lost

I feel like singing Queen's 'We Will Rock You' song for some reason. haha  Anyway, weight is dropping off steadily still!  Only 4 lbs away from my March weight!  And then the rest is just an added bonus toward my final goal! I'm excited to hit the 160 point and keep dropping.  I'm absolutely ecstatic about reaching my next short term goal of 150 (BMI 20.9). I can do it!  haha It's weird because of my height that my final goal is either 130 or 125, which puts me underweight with a BMI of 18.1 or 17.4.  The reason I have two final goal weights is because of that.  I'm not going to go too far... and depending on what I look and feel like at 130 depends on if I keep going.

Weight is still coming off.... slowly but surely.  Soon, I will be back down to what I was in March, and I can finally work on my goals again!  If the rest of the weight would just come off as well as it has the last few days. haha

Sorry I haven't been updating this.  Well, as you can tell I gained back a bit of what I lost - instead of losing like I had planned.  I've been slowly losing it again, but now that I'm back on the Master Cleanse for as long as possible - I'm going to lose it fast again.  Just you watch! :)

My goal is to lose 15 lbs by my birthday (April 25th) and another 15 by the end of May.  That will put me at my goal weight of 135.  It's going to be hard, but I am going to do it!!!

So here I am...over a month and 1/2 later, and only 2 lbs lighter. Not cool.  I need to do some drastic fasting again.  Luckily my work is doing a contest where the team that loses the most weight wins prizes.  So far my team is in 2nd place. :)  We will win!

Oct 15 2006 - 63 lbs lost

Still losing :) Still doing good :)  I have to be down to 165 by Halloween.  I can do it!!!  My Goal weight of 125 is Feb 8th. (exactly one year, and 110 lbs total loss since I decided to take up ana again and get my life back).  In order for me to do that, I have to lose 47 lbs.  I should be at 165 by Halloween, so we will just say 40 lbs.  That means I have to lose about 13 lbs per month.  I will do it!  Well, here are the current stats:

Yeah, after such a great week - I had not such a great week.  Four family birthdays...lots of dinners - too many cakes.  Man, that seems to be the story of my life. haha.  Well, I got back on track after gaining 3 pounds...and ended up loosing 6! yay! :)  Good ol swimming and volleyball. :)  of course that could have been 3 extra pounds negative instead of make-up work. blah.  Stats:

The lowest healthy weight for my height is 135 and a BMI of 18.8...but I vow to get to 125 with a BMI of 17.4

May 17 2006- 30 lbs lost

I DROPPED 30 LBS (6lbs in one week!) Holy crap!  I am so excited!  Today was a reeealllly good day.  I did water aerobics from 2p-7p, and then sand volleyball from 7p-10p.  And the best part - I didn't have a single bite of food at all!  Ahhh! The rush is so awesome.  (not to mention the awesome tan! haha).  I'm so excited!  I burned about 2600 calories! This has been an awesome week.  Every day, I have worked out, and eaten 200 or less cals (fruits and veggies only!)  Of course with the exception of today.

Anyhow, here are the stats:

BMI - 28.6 - Overweight *blech* - but only by 3

May 10 2006 - 24 lbs lost

April was not a good month for me.  Too many birthday dinners and cake, no computer to keep myself on track.  It just wasn't good.  I was at 215 the whole month.  So - as of May 7 I was able to get back on track.  And I have already lost 4 lbs. :)  In the last three days I have had a total of 300 calories.  And I have played Volleyball every day for about three hours...in fact, in a few hours I will be off again. It feels great!!!  I checked on Caloriesperhour.com - and it says I am burning about 2,488 calories for 3 hours 15 min of volleyball. :)  Good when I'm not taking in over 100 cals per day.
