This year the Wharncliffe Chase Ride organised by West Riding Endurance GB is running a class in aid of the Yorkshire Air Ambulance.
The Ride is on the 6th & 7th June and has classes ranging from 27k (17miles) to
100k (62miles) over two days. The routes use disused railway lines, forest trails, bridleways and quiet roads.
The venue is easy to get to as its just north of Sheffield and 15 minutes from the M1.
Riders can also support the Air Ambulance in their fund raising by bringing any bras they no longer need to any West Riding Ride and putting them in the pink bra box!

Our resident West Riding Poet ,Val Swann, has this to say:
They wrap themselves round you
In country or town
You can always count on them
Wherever you are
But your trusty old bra
In countries far distant
The ladies cries heed
For gravity’s winning
Our garments they need
Donate them to charity
And you will be blessed
And feel good at the giving
Though a little undressed
When service discontinues
And its stuffed in your drawer
Give it to the Air ambulance
For a new life once more.
Our campaign aims to collect any unused bras, which in return are re-packed & shipped to West Africa where they are sold on to licensed West African traders where there is a much greater need for them.
By collecting a minimum of 200,000 bras, the Yorkshire Air Ambulance will receive a minimum of £10,000!
